When an account is created and a website is published on DEPICTR, we collect and store the following categories of information:

• Account Details: Name, verified email address, contact phone number, and cryptographically hashed passwords.
• Business Content & Media: Business name, location addresses, trading hours, contact information, menu items, service lists, promotions, logos, and uploaded photography.
• End-User Interactions: Customer booking requests and contact inquiries submitted directly through your live published website.
• Technical & Usage Metadata: IP addresses, browser types, and access timestamps collected automatically for rate limiting, security monitoring, and fraud prevention.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to deliver and maintain our website generation and hosting services, including:

• Provisioning and serving your live public website and custom domain routing.

6. Data Retention & Right to Deletion

You maintain full ownership of your business content and assets. You may update or remove your website content at any time. If you choose to delete a project or terminate your account, all corresponding database records, customer booking entries, and hosted media files are permanently purged from our storage systems.
